Riccardo is a Sustainability and Strategy expert with 10+ years of relevant experience in the Industrial business with particular regards to the Aerospace and Defense sector.

His principal expertise are Sustainability, ESG,  Innovation, Strategy, Program and Risk Management, Environmental Topic, Energy Efficency, Assessments-Audit & Due Diligence and Supplier Management.

After graduating in Hydraulic Engineering He got a Ph.D at Sapienza University by spending a period of 18 months as a Visiting Scholar at MIT in Boston where he developed an Artificial Intelligence model for Lagrangian calculations (SPH) on supercomputers (HPC). In the period 2018-2020 he was a appointed as Visiting Scientist at Virginia Tech and in December 2020 He completed an Executive MBA at Luiss Business School.

He has other relevant experiences as Researcher and Professor, Lecturer, Chairman in International Conferences, Project Development and member of several Board of Directors.

In 2021 he was selected by Fortune Italia in the  #40under40 top manager ranking.
