Biography

Carisa Lam is a PhD student of Organizational Behaviour at UCL School of Management in London. Carisa’s research seeks to uncover novel insight into how individuals experience their work, primarily through the lens of human-animal work and human-nonhuman interactions at work.

Her work encompasses a wide array of methodological approaches and has been published in top management journals, such as Personnel Psychology and Journal of Management.

She is currently leading a project on how human-animal work relates to creativity, as well as a qualitative investigation into how wildlife photographers navigate their work.
