Lei Liu
Biography
Lei Liu is a Lecturer in Management at the Department of Management in the University of Exeter Business School, and an Honorary Research Associate at UCL School of Management. Prior to this, she held a postdoctoral position at UCL School of Management, exploring the collaborations between the NHS and third-sector organizations (charities, non-governmental, and voluntary organizations) as a part of the research program on Cross-sector Innovations funded by UK Research Innovation (UKRI).
Lei holds an M.Sc. in Management and an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics. She received a Ph.D. in Management Science (Organisations and Innovation) from UCL School of Management.
Lei’s research focuses on interpersonal processes. She is particularly interested in how people collaborate in innovative ways to solve societal problems, and how people’s social networks affect their cognitions, affect, behaviors, and the associated individual and organizational outcomes.
