We are thrilled to share that UCL MBA graduate and Nylon Pie Founder Ben Gamble and his team recently won Bronze in the London Venue and Catering Awards in celebration of Dockside Vaults. Featuring in the Best Unusual or Unique Venue category, Dockside Vaults is an exclusive underground venue located in the heart of St Katharine’s Docks, the largest marina in central London, which utilises London’s extensive underground networks.
Held annually, the London Venue and Catering Awards celebrate venues of all sizes and formats across London, with categories focussing on sustainability, best venue teams and best outside space. We are extremely proud that Dockside Vaults ranked third in its category celebrating its uniqueness, and even scored higher than the London Museum Docklands and GTech Community Stadium at Brentford Football Club.
Dockside Vaults offers both history and modernity, spanning 10,000 square feet in a grade II listed building. This exclusive venue was the first property to be acquired by UCL MBA alumnus Ben Gamble’s startup Nylon Pie, a leisure consultancy and events business based in New York and London. Since its launch in 2022, the business has already held a number of exclusive events, which included a four-month exhibition dedicated to Princess Diana.
Congratulations to Ben and his team on this incredible achievement.
