Nominees for the UCL Education Awards and Student Choice Awards have recently been announced, with staff and students from the School of Management receiving recognition in multiple categories.
Comprised of the UCL Education Awards and Student Choice Awards, the annual Education Awards are designed to celebrate the achievements of staff and students throughout UCL, as well as recognise their contributions to the learning community.
Professor Paolo Taticchi has been nominated to receive a UCL Education Award in the ‘Sustainability’ category, a new addition to the ceremony, as well as being shortlisted to become UCL’s nomination for the National Teaching Fellow Scheme (NTS). Teaching and Learning Manager Michelle Tinsley has also been nominated to receive a UCL Education Award in recognition of her outstanding academic support, with a focus on personal tutoring and/or research supervision.
Designed to give students an opportunity to nominate members of staff that have been notably supportive or inspiring, the Student Choice Awards have also seen the nomination of School of Management staff. Alina Kim, a Research Fellow and Teaching Assistant, has been nominated in the ‘Amazing Support Staff’ category, while Lecturer Alec Sanderson is in the running for the ‘Brilliant Research-based Education’ category.
Congratulations to all nominees on their success. The winners will be announced on Wednesday 8 June 2022.
