UCL School of Management Alumna, Karoline Gross, has been listed on the 2018 Forbes Europe ‘30 under 30’ list for Media and Marketing.
The 30 under 30 list gives deserved acclaim to individuals who have excelled in their industry.
Forbes describe it as their ‘annual encyclopedia of creative disruption, featuring 300 young disruptors across a diverse list of categories, all of whom are leaders in their industry.’
Karoline made the list for her work with Smartzer, a company she launched in 2012 while studying MSc Entrepreneurship at the School.
A video player that adds clickable hotspots to your videos, Smartzer enables viewers to see more information, visit a shop, or even buy a product through the video.
The business has proven to be a huge success so far, attracting clients including Adidas, Burberry, Bvlgari, Marks and Spencer, and John Lewis.
Karoline’s listing sees her becomes the second person in successive years linked to UCL School of Management to be featured in the 30 under 30 list.
In 2017, Assistant Professor Joe Gladstone was listed in the Finance category.
