UCL School of Management is delighted to announce that Associate Professor Ersin Korpeoglu has been named one of the Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors in the world by Poets&Quants. With an impressive 81 nominations, Ersin was one of the most-nominated professors to feature in this year’s list.
An Associate Professor in Operations and Technology, Ersin’s research focuses on theoretical, empirical, and experimental analysis of operational problems in application areas including innovative business models and product development and supply chain management.
Throughout his career, Ersin has published a number of notable works in world-leading journals such as Management Science, Operations Research and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management. He also co-authored a recent paper which was selected as the INFORMS Technology, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Section (TIMES) Paper of the Month.
Discussing his incredible achievement, Ersin said, ‘What an honour to be part of this prestigious list along with other top business school professors under 40! A big and heartfelt thank you to my students and colleagues who deemed me worthy of a nomination! Teaching has always been a passion for me and it is so nice to be recognised this way for my efforts.’
