What we will cover
Clark (yes, that’s me) & Mills’ (2013) Masterminding the Deal was one of the leading business books over the past decade and is also the text used in Term 3’s MSIN0085 Mergers & IPOs module in the Master’s in Management Programme. I’ll be sharing with you some interim ideas - and perhaps some developments to date - as this successor edition is being developed. Possible areas include (but are not limited to): new evolutionary developments in synergies diagnosis, perspectives on the next merger boom, diagnosis of the three major DE-merger types, sellers’ strategies, and the growing case for postmerger financial audits.
