Elevate brings together recent UCL School of Management graduates to hear career insights from inspiring alumni speakers and industry specialists.

Join us on Wednesday 27 November at Level 50, One Canada Square for Elevate: Creating a Career with Impact.

Moderated by Senda Ben Abdallah, host of the TL;DL (Too Long; Don’t Listen) podcast, our panellists will share their reflections on making meaningful contributions, driving change and aligning your career path with your values.

The panel discussion will be followed by a drinks reception.

Tickets are free but advance booking is essential.

Senda Ben Abdallah – Moderator  

Senda is creator and host of the Too Long; Don’t Listen podcast. Launched in 2022, TL;DL features over 50 interviews with young professionals. Senda is Product Marketing Manager at Speckle, a product-led company serving the 3D space. After graduating, Senda combined working for Cisco alongside studying an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College Business School.  Following this, she joined B2B SaaS company Blink as a Marketing Executive, where she built the Product Marketing function.  

Panellists  

Zeinab Chaudhary – Senior Manager and Purpose Offering Lead, Deloitte  

Zeinab Chaudhary is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting Practice, specialising in Change Management with experience in leading large-scale digital transformations. As Deloitte’s Purpose offering lead, Zeinab helps organisations to become more sustainable, authentic and purpose-led in how they serve their customers, employees and planet.

Zeinab has a particular interest in Purpose through culture change, DEI and financial inclusion, and was Highly Commended by the MCA Awards as Thought Leader Consultant of the Year in 2021 for her client work and eminence in this space. Zeinab is also actively involved in Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, holding several leadership and SME roles, most notably as the Co-Chair of the Deloitte Workability Network and Board Trustee of Scope. 

Inés Luque – Associate Consultant, FT Strategies  

Inés Luque currently works for the consulting arm of the Financial Times, helping news and media organisations worldwide navigate emerging opportunities and challenges Inés is passionate about building a mission-driven career that positively impacts society, particularly in media, where she feels strongly about the role journalism plays in educating and raising the societies of the future. 

Joshua Wayoe – Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube  

Joshua Wayoe is currently a Strategic Partner Manager at YouTube, where he helps UK creators expand their reach and share their world. His journey includes Account Management in Dublin, serving hundreds of SMBs in the UK, and a DEI Program Manager role in New York for GCS Americas as part of a selective program (Google’s Customer Solutions).  

A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Joshua leads EMEA DEI content initiatives and has been a BGN Mentor (Black Googler Network) and sales coach. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated sports fan and is reigniting his creative spark as a content creator on his YouTube channel Wayoe, following his former studytube YouTube channel CultrTalk founded in 2019 with co-host Shuhan Ali. 

Sam Campbell – Principal, Triple Private Equity  

Sam currently works at Triple Private Equity, a specialist fund focused on investing in financial technology businesses. Prior to this, he was with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he worked across both strategy and M&A, including the LSEG-Refinitiv merger. He began his career in strategy consulting, specialising in mid-market private equity transactions.  

Sam is a passionate advocate for the UCL School of Management Alumni network. As a member of the Alumni Advisory Council, Sam is actively involved in supporting the growth and expansion of the School of Management and promoting networking opportunities within the financial services and technology industries.
